Murray founded the business in 2001 and is CSG’s Managing Director. He is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch and has an Honours Degree in Industrial Relations. Murray has 25 years’ experience in business development and client relations, as well as the organisation’s consistent achievement of its mission and strategic objectives.

Emhke Smith

Emhke joined Corporate Strategy Group (CSG) in 2018 as part of her internship programme. Upon completion of her NQF 6 qualification in Human Resources Management she aspired to become an experienced Human Resource Professional focusing on strategic workforce planning, talent management, recruitment & selection as well as employee relations. She is currently a permanent team member and is responsible for business and (STACS) system support.

Anthea Adams

Anthea joined the team at Corporate Strategy Group (CSG) in September 2018. She is a qualified skills development facilitator and worked as a training and development coordinator in the mining sector for one of South Africa’s leading mining companies. Her experience includes the effective administration of discretionary grant funding, learnerships, internships, statutory training and compliance training. With Anthea’s passion for skills development she specializes in strategic planning, coordination and the implementation of skills development.

Bernard van Niekerk

Bernard has been involved with CSG for the past 15 years and is currently working with us as Information Technology Consultant while furthering his studies in the field of data science. He completed his Computer Science degree and won the Best Student Award for Stellenbosch Business School’s Human Resources Diploma. He uses his human resources knowledge and computer programming skills in combination to develop compliance systems, custom-made for each client’s specific needs.

Annelie Terheyden

Annelie has extensive experience in external and internal auditing, financial & business consultancy, and forensic accounting. With expertise in corporate governance and compliance management, she joined the CSG team to assist with the development of STACS (application system), specifically the design of business intelligence reports. She stayed on as Transformation Risk and Finance Manager and currently oversees several aspects of the company’s service delivery as well as financial accounting and reporting of CSG.
